Digital Product Delivery

Since all products sold on Digital Planner Time are digital, there is no physical shipping involved. Upon successful completion of your purchase, you will receive an email with a download link to access your digital planner(s).

 Delivery Time

Your digital planner will be available for download immediately after your payment is processed. Please check your inbox, including your spam or junk folders, for the email containing the download link. If you do not receive the email within a few minutes, please contact us at  admin@digitalplannertime.com.

Download Access

You will receive a secure link to download your purchased digital planner. This link will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please ensure that the email address you provide is accurate and accessible.

Multiple Downloads

Each digital product purchase allows for multiple downloads. However, sharing your download link with others is not permitted. Our digital planners are for personal use only. If you encounter any issues with your download, please contact us for assistance.

Issues with Downloading
